CVEC Fiber 2021 Recap

In 2021, CVEC Fiber began construction of the fiber-to-the-home network. The overall project will result in more than 4,100 miles of fiber serving over 24,000 members once all four phases of the project are completed.

CVEC Fiber celebrated many milestones throughout 2021 including our first subscriber in June and, more recently, our 1,000th subscriber in December! Shad Price of Tecumseh, OK was the lucky 1,000th customer, and to celebrate we gifted him a 50” smart television. Mr. Price was ecstatic to receive CVEC Fiber’s service, stating

“CVEC Fiber is more reliable than other providers and the upload and download speeds are phenomenal.”

Reaching the 1,000th subscriber milestone in December was a nice finish to a successful 2021, but it wouldn’t have been possible without the support of our membership.
