The First Fiber Huts are set near Shawnee
The first fiber hut installation begins our 6-year build to bring the fastest, affordable, and reliable internet connection to the communities we serve.
CVEC Fiber and Canadian Valley Electric Cooperative have been working with the best partners in helping Rural Electric Cooperatives plan, build, and deliver the fastest and most reliable fiber-to-the-premises internet service to our communities over the last year.
Now that these huts have been set, we may begin the process of building the backhaul lines to connect our blazing-fast fiber network to the internet at large.
We are planning on having our high-speed, reliable service available to the Shawnee area within the year!
